RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & CANCELLATIONS


All sales are final for web/phone orders. If a product is defective, or the style, color, or size received does not match up to the order placed, the problem can be easily resolved. Please contact on3trackmind limited at [email protected], or call our location for quicker service.


Being that all sales are final, cancellations/returns/exchanges on orders are accepted on a case by case basis. Orders that have already been sent tracking information may not be cancelled under any circumstance. For any cancelled order, there is a $5.00 restocking fee for each item within the order.


All exchanges/returns must be facilitated through on3trackmind limited, and are subject to approval from a web representative. Any products sent back to the shop without a return # will be refused. In order to obtain a return #, customers must have the exchange/return approved by a on3trackmind limited web representative over the phone or via email. Once the return/exchange is approved, the web representative will help the customer through the remainder of the process. Again: any products sent back to either location without a return # will be refused.


In the event a refund is issued, the payment will be refunded through the method of payment utilized when the order was placed. PayPal purchases are refunded immediately, although processing time is not guaranteed. Credit card purchases are refunded back to the customer’s credit card, typically taking up to 5 days to show up on statements. eChecks are only refunded when the check is cleared.
